COMPANY HISTORY

At Warner Companies, we take pride in being a family-owned firm representing three generations in the building industry. Claude S. Warner was one of Lexington's finest and most sought after carpenters during the 1930's, 40's and 50's. He set the tone for the business with a fine eye for detail and a deep respect for quality. In 1956 after serving in the Air Force, C.W.Warner recruited his father and together began building homes in the Lexington area . The father/son tradition continued as C.W.'s son, Mike, joined his father after graduation from the University of Kentucky in 1977. Mike followed his father's footsteps from the ground up to the sky as he also served in the Air Force and was an F-4 pilot. Today C.W. and Mike along with Mike's sons Blake, Chris and Tommy have earned the distinction and recognition as being one of Central Kentucky's top home builders, carrying on the family tradition.

Community Involvement

Warner Companies proudly supports  Surgery on Sunday, is a member of the Downtown Lexington Corp, and is a member of The Home Builders Association of Lexington.
